Many people join Rotary as a means of "paying back" for the professional success they have achieved. They are looking for ways to help others. When you join Rotary, you play a role in helping the club achieve its community and worldwide goals. This is done both through involvement in community projects and financial support. Rotary club membership is a great way to mix with community leaders from all walks of life and to hear outstanding speakers each week.
Chris Favreau was inducted into the Rotary club at the Apr. 1 meeting, and Christine Peters was inducted on Apr. 8.
Chris Favreau was re-inducted on 4/1/2026. Chris is a former member of our club in good standing! Welcome back, Chris! He is a firefighter at the Plattsburgh International Airport. He is also a Life Insurance Rep at West Bay Financial. He is currently re-sponsored by Steve Kende.
Christine Peters was inducted on 4/8/2026. Christine is the County Administrator for our Clinton County Government. She is a University of Vermont Medical Network Trustee. Christine serves on several boards including Apple Valley Senior Housing, Evergreen Townhouse Community, I.D.A. Board and other public serving committees. Also, checks in various management capacities at the Department of Social Services, including Commissioner. Christine is being sponsored by Molly Ryan.
