The Service Committee meets the first Wednesday of every month at noon. Currently, they are developing two new service projects:

MESSAGE FROM AREA GOVERNOR
Area Governor Jen Grisi joined us for last week's meeting. She encourages members to get involved with area and district service and activities. Her role is liaison between clubs in our area and the district. Where's The Fun initiative is transitioning from Virtual Garden Parties to a new activity to connect members. If you have a suggestion (ex. bird feeder tour, etc), please let Jen know. The last Virtual Garden Tour is Tuesday Janaury 19th at 4:00pm. YOU CAN HELP
The Club is accepting donations to the Rotary Club's Food Shelf program, to help local Nursing Homes. Please send any amount you can spare via check or credit card.

Due to the uptick in cases, weekly Rotary Club meetings will continue to be virtual for the time being. If you need any assistance joining the meeting via Zoom, please reach out to Ellen or Keith and we will arrange for a Rotarian to assist getting you set up.

Rotarians from other clubs
Rotarians from other clubs may attend our Zoom Meetings. If you would like to participate via ZOOM, please send an email to the Plattsburgh Club Secretary by 9 a.m. Wednesday morning requesting access. Please include your name, email, and Rotary club you regularly attend in your request to attend.

Anne Cutaiar is working on updating attendance. Please contact her if you do not see yourself on the roster or you were sharing a Zoom connection with someone. You can check your attendance record on Club Runner under the My Attendance tab.
The Rotary Club is recording the Wednesday meetings via ZOOM, which begin at noontime. If you would like to watch or listen to the meeting, you can click on the following link to access the latest meetings.
You will find two files for each meeting -- one for the video, the other for just the audio.
Depending on the length of the video you may be required to download it to your computer.
The audio file should open for you online.
Neither of the files will automatically start when opened. You will have to click the arrow for either of the files.
