We are allowed to have 36 people attend the meeting while being socially distanced. A full meal will not be served for this meeting however there will be a $5 charge for desert and refreshments.
For future meetings we will have a attendee and meal registration (links to be sent out and included in the weekly updates). MHAB will provide meals in at to-go container. The cost will be the same as it was previously,$5 dessert option and $15 meal option with the ability to pay online when you register.
The first 35 people to email Ellen at ebouchard@dfcu.net will be able to attend in person.
We are following the guidelines implemented for restaurants. You will be required to wear your mask when you enter and when you are not seated. Hand sanitizer will be available and social distancing will be observed.

ZOOM ATTENDANCE
Anne Cutaiar is working on updating attendance. Please contact her if you do not see yourself on the roster or you were sharing a Zoom connection with someone. You can check your attendance record on Club Runner under the My Attendance tab.
The Rotary Club is recording the Wednesday meetings via ZOOM, which begin at noontime. If you would like to watch or listen to the meeting, you can click on the following link to access the latest meetings.
You will find two files for each meeting -- one for the video, the other for just the audio.
Depending on the length of the video you may be required to download it to your computer.
The audio file should open for you online.
Neither of the files will automatically start when opened. You will have to click the arrow for either of the files.
Want to get a Makeup?
If you watch or listen to a previous weekly meeting and want to get a makeup, please notify Anne Cutaiar (anne@lakechamplaintravel.com) via email and include your name, email address, the weekly meeting date you watch and how long you watched/listened.
