Fines
President Kyle would like to remind everyone to check the Duty List for our Wednesday meetings. Should you be unable to complete a duty, please find a replacement. No shows without a replacement will be fined.
Literacy Challenge
The Literacy Challenge will be held on Saturday, March 5, at the Champlain Centre Mall at 12:00 noon. If you are interested in participating on the Rotary Club's team, please contact Keith Tyo as soon as possible.
Board Meeting
The January Board Meeting will take place on Monday, Jan. 25, 2016. Please note this is the 4th Monday of the month due to the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. Note: Meetings will be cancelled if the Plattsburgh City School District is closed due to weather.
Butcher Block Meal Increase
The cost of lunch will be increased by $1 beginning Feb. 1, 2016.
Inclement Weather Policy for Club Meetings
The Rotary Club of Plattsburgh will follow the same cancelation policy as the Plattsburgh City School District. If the school cancels on a Wednesday, there will be no regular noon meeting on that Wednesday.
Whiteface Ski Day
Wednesday, Feb. 3, is Rotary Ski Day at Whiteface Mountain. This has become an annual date (first Wednesday in February). This may also be used as a make-up. Please contact Steve Bailey for more info
Beartown Potluck
Friday, Feb. 5, is the Rotary Family Day and potluck at Beartown Ski Area. Please contact Steve Bailey for more info.
Holiday Ornaments
This year we had a total sales of $2,800. If you have ornaments left, please make one last attempt to sell them or return them to Peter Ensel.
April 1, 2016, marks the 90th anniversary of the Club! Stay tuned for further information on how we will celebrate this milestone! Contact President Kyle if you would like to be part of the Celebration Planning Committee.
