We hope all members will sell at least 10 - $20 raffle tickets. We are unable to sell at many of the retail locations we had previously so it is
important that all Rotarians participate; we
have the potential to raise $12,000!

the Battle of Plattsburgh Parade.
September 1st Meetings Resume
Back to 100 % Physical Attendance.
The Rotary Club of Plattsburgh meets each Wednesday at noontime in the dining hall at the MHAB Life Skills Campus at
Trevor and staff serve up three combo lunches for the Rotary meeting each Wednesday. You also have the option of ordering just dessert and beverage if you have already had an early lunch (or late breakfast).
The combo lunches (which include dessert and beverage) are $15.00; just dessert and beverage is $5.00.
The menu for the upcoming Wednesday meeting will be posted by noon the Friday before.
Everyone attending should order a lunch or dessert/beverage by midnight Tuesday morning.
Everyone attending a Rotary meeting in person at MHAB will pay a minimum $5.00 to cover cost for use of the facility even if you show up at the door late. (We will continue to Zoom the meetings from MHAB live for the foreseeable future.)
The next Rotary Board meeting will be Monday, July 19th at 12Noon at MHAB. This meeting is regularly scheduled for the 3rd Monday of every month.
Service Committee
The next Service Committee meeting will be Wednesday, August 4th at 11:00 a.m. This meeting is regularly scheduled for the 1st Wednesday of every month.
Membership Committee
The next Service Committee meeting will be Wednesday, July 14th at 11:00am. This meeting is regularly scheduled for the 2nd Wednesday of every month.
Program Committee
The next Program Committee meeting will be Monday, August 2nd at Noon at MHAB. This meeting is regularly scheduled for the 1st Monday of every month.
Environmental Committee
Future meetings will be held on the first Thursday of each month. Michelle has conflicts for the months of August and September and is looking for input on holding the meetings the first Tuesday of those months. If you are on the committee, please let her know if those dates work by emailing or texting her at 518-534-2003*.

Safety Committee
Carol Arnold will be giving safety updates & reminders at meetings. Anyone who may have some suggestions, or would like to assist with this project, please contact Carol.
Food Shelf Match
The United Way will be matching funds collected for the Food Shelf throughout the months of June and July - please consider making a donation as it will go even further this month!

Rotarians from other clubs may attend our Zoom Meetings. If you would like to participate via ZOOM, please send an email to the Plattsburgh Club Secretary by 9 a.m. Wednesday morning requesting access. Please include your name, email, and Rotary club you regularly attend in your request to attend.
Zoom Attendance & Makeups
Anne Cutaiar tracks attendance. Please contact her if you do not see yourself on the roster or you were sharing a Zoom connection with someone. You can check your attendance record on Club Runner under the My Attendance tab. If you watch or listen to a previous weekly meeting and want to get a makeup, please notify Anne Cutaiar (anne@lakechamplaintravel.com) via email and include your name, email address, the weekly meeting date you watch and how long you watched/listened.
