ROTARY SMALL GIFTS DEADLINE SOON
The Plattsburgh Rotary Club is announcing a request for proposals from local organizations to benefit our community are due October 31st. The maximum grant that can be received is $500. These grants are given to organizations serving a larger population and a greater good, not to an individual. All grants are given toward special projects and not for general operations of the organization of for fundraising. Specific events such as walks, golf tournaments, etc will not be considered. Special funding is available for Youth-At-Risk programs that positively impact individuals under the age of 18. Please include the project title, organization name, contact information, funding amount requested, length of the program, the goal and summary of the project, any collaborative partners, the budget and any means of recognizing Rotary if funded. HOLIDAY MEAL PROGRAM
The Plattsburgh Rotary Club is repeating the Holiday Meal Program. A list of needy families will be available and Rotarian wising to participate in the program will be asked to sign up and commit to supplying all of the necessary ingredients for a holiday meal for a family. You will receive the name of the and contact information. The program is not intended to offer gifts to the family or children,m but rather insure that the family has a good nourishing holiday meal. ROTARY YOUTH EXCHANGE
Rotary Youth Exchange is now accepting applications for the
2020-2021 program.
Students interested in long term exchange (August 2020- June 2021) should use the link for the Preliminary Long-Term Exchange application (EN). Short Term applicants (for summer 2020) need to use the Preliminary Short-Term application (EN). The club information they need to put in is Plattsburgh Rotary (NOT Plattsburgh Sunrise Rotary).

Once preliminary applications are received, interviews will be scheduled. All applications are due by October 31st, interviews in November.
Our deadline to submit paperwork to the District is December 1st. No info session is currently scheduled.
