HOLD Sept. 10 for Battle of plattsburgh festivities

Two signature events, The Bed Race and the Roducky Derby are quickly approaching. Please mark your calendar for Saturday, Sept. 10, to lend a hand during these fun-filled Battle of Plattsburgh events.

Roducky Derby - Nearly $3,500 has been raised so far thanks to everyone's efforts. If you are one of the corporate sponsors, please bring a company banner to Rotary this week so we can set it up for the race. Also, please bring in any personal sales you have done.
The Bed Race - Crowd control volunteers are needed from 11 a.m. to 12Noon. Sign ups will be passed around at the next meeting.

Kit Booth is recruiting parade marshals - please see him to sign up.

Call for Paul Harris Nominations

Nominations are being sought for the annual Paul Harris awards and will be accepted through this Wednesday, Sept. 7, to Rosemary Souza-Botten. The dinner is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 5, at the Butcher Block. Download nomination form (pdf) HERE.

New Member Orientation

There will be a new member orientation on Friday, Sept 9, at 8 a.m. at 53 Court Street. If you are a new member and have not attended an orientation yet, please plan to join us.

Bike Ride Committee

District Conference in ottawa
