Board Meeting
Monday, November 16 @ Noon at the Butcher Block. The Board will be voting on the fishing tournament at the November meeting. Contact a board member with any thoughts or concerns you may have regarding this vote. Attendance may be used as a make-up or requirement for Red to Blue badge.
Holiday Parade & Rotary Float
Friday, December 4, @ 5pm. Sign up to be a Parade Marshall. Meet at Redcay Hall, SUNY Plattsburgh, for the start of the Parade. Vicki Marking and Ellen Bouchard are looking for help with a parade float.
Program Committee Meeting
Join the Program Committee for a lively meeting on Monday, December. 7, at the Ground Round @ 12:00 Noon. This meeting can be used as a makeup.
Youth Exchange Update
We will be hearing from our 2015 Youth Exchange Students, Zoe Tabor and Samantha Balko, speaking about their experience at our November 25 meeting. There are currently six prospective students that will be interviewed by the Rotary Youth Exchange Committee.
Holiday Gifts Program
Vicki Marking will have index cards ready to pass around beginning Wednesday, Nov. 18 for the Christmas Bureau Holiday Gifts Program. Everyone is encouraged to take a card to help provide a gift for the children of the Christmas Bureau.
Historical Ornaments on Sale Now
The new ornaments are here and we will begin selling during the Wednesday meetings. They are now also available at UFIRST Federal Credit Union, Danammora Federal Credit Union, & NBT Bank (both branches). This year the ornament features AuSable Chasm and is once again $20. We have 500 to sell, plus 50 of last year's Valcour Lighthouse ornament. Get them now while they are available.
Salvation Army Red Kettle Bell Ringing
On Saturday, November 28, we will ring bells and raise funds for the Salvation Army Red Kettle effort. We are looking for 2-3 club members to volunteer each hour to ring the bell for donations in front of Walmart between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.. There is still time for you to sign up online at

Please remember we need 2-3 people each hour. Below each hour, you will see the number who have already signed up. Please sign in and we will later confirm your participation. Wear your bells and bring your singing voice (if you have one).
