Literacy Challenge
The 24th Annual Literacy Challenge will be held Saturday, March 5, at the Champlain Centre Mall at 12:00 noon. We have a new slate of "Challengers" for our Rotary Team: Jack Helfgott, Nick Evanovich, Alex Forster, Kristopher Brown, and our alternate is Marty Mannix. Thank you for "stepping up" using your "brain power" for this worthy cause!
Board Meeting
The February Board Meeting will take place on Monday, Feb. 22, 2016. Please note this is the 4th Monday of the month. Note: Meetings will be canceled if the Plattsburgh City School District is closed due to weather.

Corporate Membership
The Rotary Club of Plattsburgh is pleased to announce a new type of membership that will allow several employees of a company to share membership and add flexibility in meeting attendance and participation. With a Corporate Membership, 2-4 employees of the same organization can join the Plattsburgh Rotary Club in a group application. This is to acknowledge travel, transfers and other commitments of many professionals.

Rotary Club of Plattsburgh -- Celebrate the club's 90th Anniversary
April 1, 2016, the Club turns 90! Plan on attending the 90th anniversary celebration Saturday, April 2, at the Butcher Block. Rotary Radio Day
The 53rd annual Rotary Radio Day will be held Wednesday, April 13, at WIRY studios on Route 9. More information will be forthcoming.
Butcher Block Meal Increase
The cost of lunch has increased by $1 effective Feb. 1.
Inclement Weather Policy for Club Meetings
The Rotary Club of Plattsburgh will follow the same cancelation policy as the Plattsburgh City School District. If the school cancels on a Wednesday, there will be no regular noon meeting on that Wednesday.
30th Annual Rotary International Fishing Classic
The committee is looking for corporate sponsorships in various levels. Please consider this marketing offer. One $1,000 Silver Level has already been sold. Family Bike Ride set for Saturday, Oct. 1
Although its more than seven months away, Sylvie Nelson and Chris Rosenquest are gearing up for our new fundraiser and to get the word out to all bikers.
