Roducky Derbyupdate: We have already raised over $4,500 and there are 30+ corporate ducks sold to date! Save the date – we will need volunteers to sell ducks from 10am to 2pm at the mall on August 27. Thank you Northeast Printing for the posters!
The Bed Race Committee has met their sponsorship goal! Brochures and posters are now available. The committee is looking for community teams to sign up for a chance to win the prize money. The cost is $75 per team if you rent a Rotary bed.
The next quarterly meeting with the Sunrise Club is scheduled for 12Noon, upstairs at the Strand on August 31. All are welcome.
Needed: Chair for the Senior Citizens Committee - please see President Maria if you are interested.
The 2017 District 7040 Conference is September 29 & 30 at the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino. Please consider attending or at least taking part in a bike ride to eradicate polio. Spin, ride, whatever - just get moving and get sponsors. See Bonnie Black for more details.
